Stephen White, Ph.D.

Dr. White offers 40 years of experience in his roles as a foreign language and ESL instructor for grades 2 to 12. He has also served as an educational consultant specialist in the areas of Bilingual/ESL, migrant, multicultural, foreign language, bilingual special education, and general education. Dr. White currently provides staff development training and technical assistance to school administrators and teachers nationally and internationally. And, he is the author of the resource guide Help! They Don’t Speak English and Activities for English Language Learners Across the Curriculum.
